PRODUCTION PROCESS
Red grapes are macerated to best extract flavors and aromas. The must is cuddled in the temperature- controlled fermentation to develop a natural and crisp perlage which exalts the organoleptic characteristics of the grape.
SENSORIAL PROFILE
The color is purple with bright hues as kissable lips. The fragrance is aromatic, with floral notes, slightly musky, inebriant and charming. At the palate is fresh, elegant and balanced. The aroma is wisely dosed and has a long finish.
