Obtained from a must fermented at low temperature, it is ideal with desserts, dry pastries and fruit. Also excellent with sushi and cheese.
MANUFACTURING
This wine is obtained from a must, low temperature fermented up to 3% alcohol vol. In order to enhance grapes aromas and to give this wine a natural vivacity.
DESCRIPTION
Bright straw yellow color, aromatic scent reminding peaches and citrus fruits. Sweet, intense taste recalling grapes freshness.
