  • DESCRIPTION The vine is Pinot Noir, the noble vine of Burgundy imported in the 19th century to Italy, is the archetype vine of the pinot family: from it derived Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco. It is obtained from pure Pinot Noir grape variety. The grape just harvested is pressed softly. The must rests with the skin for 5/6 hours at low temperatures (+8°). Then, the free-run juice, separated from the skins, ferments at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place in vats, still at controlled temperature. With a winemaking process like this we can get a wine with less tannins and therefore more softly and fruity, with characteristics of great pleasantness and perfumes.
  • COLOUR peach pink; delicate aromas but well expressed, with fine fragrance of wild berries and fresh flowers; taste dry, clean, sapid and gentle, with a pleasant fruity background rightly persistent.
