Indicazione Geografica Tipica pulsante_pinot Although Pinot Noir partners well with a wide variety of foods, the best pairings that show off the wines delicacy and texture are grilled salmon, prime steak and dishes featuring mushrooms. Other suggestions are roast or braised lamb, pheasant, duck and grilled meaty fish such as swordfish or shark. Simple dishes made with full flavored components are best suited to Pinot Noir.

  • DESCRIPTION The wine’s color is garnet red, deep and warm. The bouquet has aromas of ripe fruits, predominantly marasca cherry but also raspberry, cherry, strawberry and blueberry which combine to give Pinot Noir its unique character. This full bodied red wine has a classic well rounded taste with a pronounced cherry flavor and a touch of spice. The well balanced tannins and acidity ensure this wine will be long-lived.
