Champagne method. Mixed vintage of Pinot Nero (80%) and Chardonnay grapes (20%), that are collected in boxes and they undertake the soft pressing. The wine is kept 36 months in bottles for fermentation. Its perlend is fine and lingering. The bouquet is very intense and complex. Serve it at around 5/7 °C. Alcohol content: 12% vol
