Cremovo

Cremovo is produced with the same ingredients as the Company’s ancient recipe: fi ne Marsala wine aromatised with herbs and the addition of egg yolks. Perfumed, amber-coloured and aromatic, it is the ideal accompaniment for shortbread tarts and biscuits; its energic content and the yolks’ nutritious properties make it an excellent tonic and corroborating drink. To be served at a temperature of 15/16 °C.
